Share your upload link with the wedding party ahead of time. Ask one friend to remind everyone to contribute a few favorites once there’s a quiet moment. Keep phones clear of your artists’ workspace and your photographer’s shots so the morning still feels relaxed.
A simple QR code wedding photo plan
You’ll get more useful memories with a little direction than with a QR code nobody notices.
Make it easy to find. Place a small QR card near the welcome sign or on reception tables. Add a clear invitation: “Share your photos and videos with us.”
Tell guests what you’d love. Ask for table selfies, reunion hugs, short video messages, and the dance-floor moments you can’t be everywhere to see.
Choose the right time. If your ceremony is unplugged, keep it that way. Invite uploads during cocktail hour and the reception instead.
Give one friendly reminder. Ask your DJ or MC to mention the gallery, then include the private link in your thank-you message for guests who still have favorites to share.

It isn’t a public social-media hashtag, and My Glam Cam says its galleries aren’t searchable. Share your event link thoughtfully with the people you want to invite.
