Some celebrations can be staffed entirely by artists already in that city. Others mix a local lead with an artist you have already met at a trial. A few ask the team to travel with you. We will tell you which approach fits once we know the destination, the date, and the size of your list. This page is a friendly overview, not a price list. A destination that already feels familiar

If you are marrying in a city where we regularly work, you may not need anyone on a plane. We support weddings and events across many destinations, including San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Palm Springs, New York, Chicago, Denver, Boston, Nashville, Maui, Honolulu, and other cities listed on our site. Share the city with us, and we will let you know whether the team can be local, a blend, or fully traveling. We will coordinate the details so you do not have to manage them alone.

A few things that help us take care of you

It is helpful to share the wedding date along with any welcome gathering, rehearsal, or brunch that might need hair and makeup. Please include the city and getting-ready address, how many hair and makeup services you would like on each day, ceremony and photo times, and whether you would like a trial in your home city, on site the day before, or not at all. If the property has artist rooms, parking, or resort fees, a short note about who is covering those items keeps the quote clear. We are always glad to work with your planner so travel, timing, and access feel simple.

Travel, rooms, and a restful start

When an artist is not local, the quote includes how they will arrive and the time they need to do so comfortably. A very early start after a late arrival is something we prefer to avoid, and we will help you choose start times that still leave everyone rested. Some couples place artists in the same hotel on a vendor rate, especially when the morning begins early, the property is remote, or the celebration spans more than one day. Other days are a simple drive in and drive out. If the hotel or resort charges for parking, it is customary to validate or cover artist parking, just as we do for local hotel mornings.

Please tell us whether getting-ready is in a guest room, a villa, or a dedicated suite. Elevators, keys, and a kind property contact all make arrival smoother. Artists bring a professional hair and makeup kit suited to the climate, whether that is beach humidity, desert wind, or dry mountain air. A table, a chair, power, and a little daylight or space for lights we bring are all we need from the room. If you have a product you must use, pack it. If you plan to wear extensions, please bring them, as we do not sell hair extensions.

A weekend, not only a Saturday

Destination celebrations often include more than the ceremony day, and each day can have its own gentle plan. A rehearsal dinner might need a smaller team. A day-before trial on property can be a lovely way to settle the look. The wedding morning usually wants the full team. A next-day brunch or boat portraits might need only a reduced schedule. Sharing a simple day-by-day list of who needs hair, who needs makeup, and when photos begin is more helpful than a single party number, and we will turn that list into a calm timeline.

Trials when the wedding is not in your city

There are a few graceful options. You may trial in your home city with a local Mobile Beauty Team artist, then share notes and photos with the destination team. You may trial on site the day before if you and the artists are already at the property. You may skip the trial if the look is simple and you are comfortable with a little less rehearsal. We can suggest a trial location that does not require a hotel unless you already have a room, which is often the easiest place to sit.
