Why Your Getting-Ready Address Matters Early
Updated: Sep 25
The ceremony venue matters. The getting-ready address is what Mobile Beauty Team uses to plan the morning. Artists travel to the home, hotel suite, or venue room where hair and makeup actually happen, and that location drives arrival timing, parking, and load-in.
Sharing the address early is one of the most useful things you can do for a smooth glam start.
Travel and arrival timing
Distance, traffic patterns, and early call times all depend on the real pin on the map. A downtown hotel, a hillside house, and a resort across town can mean very different departures for the team. When we only have a city name, we can estimate. When we have the street address, we can plan properly.
If the getting-ready location changes after you book, send the update as soon as you know. We'd rather adjust early than learn about a new address the night before.
Load-in and building access
Homes need a driveway or street parking plan. Hotels need a room number, an elevator path, and sometimes a vendor check-in. Venues may have security desks, freight elevators, or timed load-in windows. The address tells us which of those we're walking into.
Please include gate codes, parking notes, and a site contact when you have them. Parking charges at hotels or venues are typically covered by the client.
Quotes and logistics depend on location
Possible travel or accommodation fees, when they apply, depend on where the team has to go and whether overnight stays are needed. Those details appear in your quote in general terms. An accurate address keeps that conversation honest from the start.

What to send
Include the full getting-ready address with your date, city, party size, and start time. If you're still deciding between a home and a hotel, tell us both options and when you expect to choose. For hotels, add the room number when it's assigned.
Request availability and a quote
Ready when you are. Request availability and a quote, and include your getting-ready address so we can plan the route to your door.
