Glam Booth Activations for Brands, Festivals, and Parties

A Glam Booth should feel festive, organized, and welcoming from the first guest to the last. Mobile Beauty Team builds staffed beauty stations for brand activations, conventions, festivals, corporate hospitality, VIP events, and parties, with artists who keep looks on brief while the line keeps moving.

We handle the practical details that make guest experiences easy: the right mix of services, enough staff for expected volume, clear timing, and a setup that fits the room. You focus on the event. We make the booth polished and ready.

Services that fit the celebration

Festival braiding, glitter, face painting, hair and makeup touch-ups, glitter or airbrush tattoos, and higher-impact body painting can all be part of a station, depending on your brief. Spa-style add-ons such as nails or similar pampering can also be planned for hospitality settings when they belong in the experience.

Custom combinations are welcome. A signature braid with a branded glitter tattoo, a themed party finish, or a press-ready touch-up lane can all be built around your brand deck and floor plan. Share the feeling you want guests to leave with, and we'll help turn it into a clear service menu.

Planning for guest volume

A good booth needs realistic flow. Tell us an honest range of guests through the station, the hours you're open, what each guest receives, and when peaks are likely. We size the team so parallel chairs and steady pacing protect the guest experience instead of creating a bottleneck.

If you also need a private executive or speaker room at the same event, include both plans in one request. That way the guest booth and the closed-door glam don't compete for the same hands.

How the brief changes by event

Brand and agency activations usually want looks that match campaign colors and a memorable photo moment. Festivals and conventions need weather awareness, clear footprints, and load-in timing. Corporate hospitality often pairs morning speaker support with an afternoon guest station. VIP evenings may be quieter, with a smaller list and a higher finish. Private parties can be themed and intimate, with headcount and age mix noted so the menu fits.

When travel or multi-day staffing is part of the plan, possible travel or accommodation fees are outlined clearly in your quote.

Setup that keeps the day smooth

Artists arrive with kit. Please plan on the venue providing chairs, a table for kit, and power. Some of our artists bring their own chairs and lighting, and if the space has no furniture at all, tell us early so we can talk about vanities. A workable footprint, a clear place to queue, load-in timing, and a site contact who can meet the team all help the booth open on time. Parking fees at hotels or venues are typically covered by the client.

Booking is straightforward. Share the date, city, booth address, expected volume, hours, and services. A person reviews activation requests, proposes a team plan, and asks for brand notes and floor-plan details. Then we arrive prepared and run the station for the hours you booked.

Request availability and a quote

If you're planning a brand day, festival weekend, hospitality suite, or celebration that needs a beauty station, request availability and a quote. Include your service menu, indoor or outdoor notes, and whether you need furniture so we can plan.
