Mothers of the bride and groom are part of the heart of the morning, and they deserve to feel as considered as anyone else in the photographs. They are not a second bride, and they are not an afterthought. They need a finished face and hair that will last through portraits, speeches, and a hundred hugs. Mobile Beauty Team is an experienced professional traveling hair and makeup team, and we are glad to include mothers on the same on-location appointment as the rest of the room.

This is a service description rather than a price list. Tell us how many mothers would like hair, makeup, or both, and we will fold them into the timeline and the quote with care.

What she may like to book

There are three simple choices, and any of them is lovely. Makeup only evens the skin, softly finishes brows and lashes, and offers a lip that survives conversation and happy tears. Hair only can be a blowout, a soft set, or an updo that works with a hat, a clip, or a shorter cut. Hair and makeup together are a full block, usually about forty-five minutes per service, the same as other family chairs. Natural glam or soft glam is the usual brief. If she wants a stronger eye, she receives a stronger eye. We will not talk her out of her own face.

Lashes come with makeup unless she asks to skip them. We choose a lash that feels like her, especially if she does not wear them on an ordinary day.

The same room, the same gentle pace

One getting-ready room is usually the kindest plan. Mothers sit in the rotation so they do not drive to a salon while the rest of the party is already in chairs. Please include them on the original booking when you can. If they decide later, a short note with the extra hair and makeup counts lets us add time or an artist. Walking in two extra people at the last moment is harder on the morning than planning for them. A party that looks like six and includes two mothers is really a party of eight, and we will plan the team accordingly. A kind place on the timeline

Mothers are most comfortable when they are not scheduled last if they are in family photos or a first look. Attendants who are not in the first frames can go early. Mothers often sit near the bride's appointment if family portraits happen right after she is dressed. The bride remains in the middle of the morning, never at the end. Two mothers wanting hair and makeup are four services, which is a real block on a smaller team and a single parallel round on a larger one. They do not have to match each other. They should both look like themselves.

Photographs that are kind to her

Hotel windows, lawn shade, and flash are not always flattering on their own, so we plan for them. Coverage can soften redness without a mask. Brow and lash help eyes read in a group photo. A lip with a stain, or a formula she can blot and still have, lasts through the toast. Powder can be refreshed after tears. Hair should still look like hair after a hug and a breeze. A brief that feels like her

I want to look like myself, on a good day, in photos, is a beautiful sentence to start with. We will not drag contour onto a face that does not wear it, and we will not skip so lightly that she disappears next to a more finished wedding party. Finding that balance is the work we love. It is helpful if she has an outfit photo that shows neckline and color, her jewelry and glasses, a robe or button-down, any product she must use or cannot have near her eyes, and any clip or comb she already loves. Hair is clean and dry unless a blowout is booked.
