We work with production clients the same way we work with planners and private bookings: clear communication, realistic timing, and artists who arrive ready to work. If your production has specific vendor or labor requirements, share them with your request so we can tell you honestly whether we're a fit.

What we support on set

We regularly support commercials, branded content, talk and taped appearances, digital series, photo-adjacent production days, and talent prep before a studio call. Los Angeles and San Diego are home markets we know well, and we also travel when your shoot needs a team on the ground elsewhere.

Our focus is simple. You send the plan. We help turn it into a workable beauty timeline, match the right artists to the brief, and stay available for the coordination questions that usually come up the night before.

What helps us plan

Share the date or date range, city, and the exact getting-ready address. Include how many people need hair, makeup, or both, when artists should arrive, and when first shot is expected. If looks need to carry across days, tell us so we can plan continuity notes, product consistency, and the same routine from day to day.

Parking instructions, a site contact, and any stand-by needs after first looks also help. A prep-only booking means artists wrap after talent leaves the chair. Stand-by coverage stays with you for shine, flyaways, weather, and resets when the day runs long.

Travel, space, and the practical details

Artists bring a professional kit and work in the space production provides, whether that's a trailer, a hotel suite, or a quiet corner with good light. Wherever it is, a chair, a table, and power let us set up fast. Some of our artists also bring their own chair and lighting. Specialty requests such as period hair, product-on-camera needs, tattoo cover, or effects-minded work should be noted in the brief so we can plan for them.

When travel is involved, we keep logistics clear: arrival timing that respects call time, possible travel or accommodation fees when overnight stays or longer distances are required, and an organized booking process. Parking charges at studios, hotels, or venues are typically covered by the client.

Send your request through our contact page. A person reviews production and VIP-adjacent briefs, confirms coverage for your city and dates, and follows up with a quote. There's no self-serve checkout for set days, because the right plan needs a careful read.
